Gold's Gym Golds Gym HARASSING TEXTS, STAFF, CONTINUED TO CHARGE AFTER CANCEL,SCAM ARTISTS Port St Lucie, Florida

i was a member of golds gym for about 4 months, during this time period i was harassed nonstop by staff with offers of personal training. i was very uncomfortable each time i was visiting, the employees were like vultures trying to get me to sign up for something or offer me a package for personal training.i told them upon joining i was not interested, yet they would approach me almost every time offering packages or discounts on training. 

after telling them i was NOT interested they continued to call my home and cell phone numbers, and text me months after "cancelling" my membership. i was receiving mysterious phone calls/texts from the with port st lucie/orlando/fort lauderdale area codes from port st lucie numbers from "personal trainers" offering me discounts on personal training packages.

i got several telemarketing calls from other sketchy businesses unrelated to golds gym ever since joining , which i do not believe is a coincidence. i strongly believe sold my information which makes me uncomfortable as they have my social security and address on the membership application from months ago when i joined. 

each time they text me i usually responded tell them to stop texting me as it costs me money. they have respond back to the texts a few times swearing and using foul language ...other times they just taunt me or not respond.  i do not know if they are just desperate for business or this is a GAME to them out of spite. the texts continue , i have since changed my number due to this nonsense. it all seemed like a joke to them.

i had complained to the manager and a few of the employees when i went in, and they said they would "take me off the list" and " address the issue" and give me an apology that seemed all together very insincere. 

i just found this website, but had to write this to warn people.they had been charging my credit card 5 months after i cancelled my membership. it was partly my fault as i do not look at my statements in detail but it was also their fault as i clearly CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP YET THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME EVEN THOUGH I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER OF THE CONTINOUS HARASSMENT AND UNCOMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. 

DO NOT give these people your business, i promise you will regret it. there are plenty of other gyms in the area to give your business to.
