Good Feet Store Buyer Beware They don't honor lifetime warranty, nor return policy. Omaha, Nebraska

After seeing commercials repeatedly stating promises of walking out pain free. My husband visited the Good Feet store, after all he'd been experiencing pain in his feet. He does, and has worked on his feet all his life, by the way he is 52 years young.
After being fitted for a pair of "Flex" insoles, along with a couple pairs of soft liners, he walked out of the store, telling the salesman "Donny Holida" his feet still hurt. The salesman told him to give it a try. Sometimes it takes awhile. Come back if it doesn't get better.
Now this was after they talked him into singing a "Preferred Customer Credit Card Account Application" for $438.54 tax included. The salesman explained this comes with a "LIFETIME Warranty". Oh and no interest charge if paid within a year. My husband thought it was a no loose deal, wrong.
Well needless to say, not only has he had less pain, the pain had become worse. He has been back to the store several times, in the last 3 weeks, only to be given the same insoles time and time again.
Today he went into a shoe store "Haney Shoe store" in the Benson area, which had been recommended by a Nebraska State Trooper. He left there after buying a pair of shoes for $130, and $20 for insoles, he says it feels like he is walking on clouds.
It just amazes me that the "GOOD FEET STORE" couldn't have done something like that in the beginning, nope, just plain a RIP OFF.
I also plan to report to the B B B  of Nebraska.
