 one night was in severe pain after work, watching t.v. the good feet commercial came on, sounded exactly what i needed,the next day went to the good feet store to be introduced to a lady by the name of marion , sat me in a chair,slipped off my shoe wined and dined the whole situation of my feet, how sore they were,so preceded to go in the back room for some insoles after the measurements, proceded to have me try them out,telling me that in time if i listened to her that my feet would be healed with no pain, as long as i bought the in soles, asking price, she would not tell me only that they are not cheap, after trying another set of insoles that she said i would need to correct my problem had me walk around in them to feel the difference, then there was a 3rd set she was trying to put me into, after asking the price of it all she quoted a price of $1200 plus cusions and tried to sell me a set of shoes when i told here i just bought a set of sketchers, there shoes were $165.00 a pair, told her to forget it, once we were in front of the check out stand i asked her how much, she kept insisting on how tired my feet were and how much better the are going to feel , biggest mistake in my life,when we were checking out she gave me a bill of $1200 told her no way, said at least buy the 1st 2 sets so my sore  feet will be healed to normal, at that time i told her if this did not work like she said i will be one pissed off person she told me not to worry, my bill is set at $775.00, well here it is today no progress from the insoles, ended up at a foot specialist x-rayed and showed me that i have a heel spur that needed attention to from day 1, the good feet  store are a bunch of rip-offs, after was done with me she put everything in a plastic bag and told me when i feel better to read over everything, little did i no but no returns, guarantees,see your doctor for advice for recommendations, NEVERwas told about any of that advice,guarantee, returns,until i had the time to read the paperwork, these people are scam ARTIST AT THERE BEST, FOR PEOPLE WITH THIS PROBLEM I WILL SAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE GOOD FEET STORE AND CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR BEST RESULTS.
