Government Liquidation MIssing Items from Auction / No Refund, Internet

Numerous won auctions with Gov Liquidation over the past two years.
In the last six months, of the six auctions won, three have had missing items.

In one, three analyzers were missing.  They appeared in an auction a few weeks later after I notifyed them of the missing items.  All they did was refund my money.
Next, 50 pairs of boots were missing.  Again, they refunded my money
More recently, I won two lots.

In the first lot, when the items arrived in my warehouse...I noticed the most important item was missing. When I called, they said the "government pulled the item after you bought it."
Why didn't they call me to ask if I wanted the lot with the missing item.  I would have told them to cancel the auction.  But they waited to see if I would notice or say anything.

The second lot I purchased was entirely missing.  The company I hired to pickup and pack the item - Fast Track Logistics deserve their own Rip-off report as they cannot find the item and will not refund my money.
I'm out $823.00 and no one will take responsibility.
