government liquidation No keys at pickup time Scottsdale, Arizona Internet

my problem is with Government Liquidation in San Antonio, tx on a 1998 Ford Ranger that i bid on and won.  I paid and received my payed invoice.  I hired a transporter and when they went to pick up the truck, No Keys?  Two ford rangers and on car were without keys.  The car owner use uber form Houston, Tx to get his car, no keys.  the other ranger and my were without keys and they said they would refund our money.  After a month I received my money.  the 1999 ranger is now up for sale WITH keys, the found them, WOW.  My ranger 1998 not yet up for sale again. I believed the wanted more money for all three units.  Being I hired a transporter I was not able to pick it up myself for personal reasons.  The html on their website was taken down  govlidation.com/c/contack.html, I put my complaint on and got a message "your comment is awaiting moderation"  the html then was taken down.
