grand crowne resorts a crooked comapny branson Nationwide

Here we go.  I am here today to file a complaint on the company Grand Crowne Resorts. we purchased our time share from this company when we were on vaca in pigeon forge, tn.  we and another couple we were with both purchased one with the notion that we would be able to travel all over the world when we had our vacations come up. well they went to use it first to go to an island this past spring and thats when we found out how much of a joke this deal was.  they tried for every island they could think of and there was absolutely nothing.  they ended up using travelocity and booked it all themselves. further more i tried to book something for my mom and aunt when they went to go to california and drive up the PCH. again no where in the whole state iof california or arizona was available.  this company needs to be stopped and punished for the stealing and the lying that they do on a daily basis.  we bhave emailed and wrote typed letters and sent them and called and you cant get a hold of anyone unless you want to make a payment then you can talk to someone. i dont know what other course to take for this matter as far as legally but i am open to any suggestion and willing to do anything to keep other people from being abused by this company,
