**Purchased policy for $2,500 over phone; BIG MISTAKE.
**Promised to be mailed policy. Had to call twice to receive.
**Terms/Conditions of policy made my car inelligible.
**Called to cancel policy; was told that Terms/Conditons didn't matter.
**Said I wanted refund. Was told that it would take 2-3 months by check.
**Check never arrived; sent numerous faxes and e-mails; none answered.
