Great Atlantic Warranty ripoff They ripped me off in a fraudualnt claim and have no warraty and out 259 dollars Boca Raton Florida

On Feb 1 I talk with Steve Lopes and James Weygand about a exteded warranty on my car that I bought used. I agreed to give them 259 dollars as a downpayment and gave them a check over the phone. The money did come out of my account, but not the March Payment of 155 dollars.

Then on March 13th I had to put my car in the shop for minor repairs. The service man James Canon(281-497-6600)and I both tried to call for verification on my car for the repairs. They told me that I had no contract number assinged to my car,shich meant I had no warranty. Tsis was told to us by Jeff@1-800-778-4422.

I then called bavk to the Warranty office and got passed around to different people in the office trying to get help on this situation, and then a lady named Cheryl got on the line and said that there was nothing that no one in that office could do for me. That I had to talk to a lady named JoAnn @1-800-778-4422.

I called to talk to JoAnn and they said that
she was working on my problem, and that she would call me back.

Then when I called back I was told that she was not there and had not been there for two days.

I had my car in the shop and had to pay for the repairs myself. I paid for a warranty that did not recieve. Cheryl,Steve,James and Joann are just a bunch of theives and scam artist.
