Great Atlantic Warranty Refund not sent withing 90 days as promised since Jan. 08-Phone calls not returned and further excuses. Boca Raton Florida

I made a written request by fax for refund in the middle of January, 08. I was promised a refund in 60 to 90 days. None came through. Called customer service and they said it was approved and would be processed shortly. No action. Talked with Debbie at ext. 2507 and Marty at ext. 2705. They both said it would be processed shortly and would follow up personally. Right! Future calls were handled by an answering service with no results of returned calls. Said they were moving. Would not give address or local number. I feel I have been ripped off. I am on limited income with a heart condition and was planning to apply the refund to the auto I traded for. This has not happened. Need help!
