Great cars and trucks are anything but that. What youve read from everyone but the scumball company sounds like our experience allmost to the letter. They seem to have a couple scripted scum (scam) pitches at least.

They have one for a dealer package that is none existant, promoting their free advertising for unlimited cars and they will finance and do all the sales and paperwork through them because they make their money on the financing back end. Thats a $199.00 us cost. Their confirmation email had nothing about any dealer unlimited package. It was a thank you for registering for your free classified ads etc.. and another email for an additional $100 fee when you try to place an add

The other was we have 12 customers interested in your car and due to the poor credit of their customers they wouldnt be driving unless they got financed through Great Cars and Trucks. They said they would have my car sold in 4 days and they'd jack the price up a couple thousand dollars because their customers knew they'd have to pay more due to their poor credit. If they didnt sell it in that time I would get an immeadiate refund. That was a $150.00 cost up front. They would email me immeadiatly with the agreement to that effect and confirmation of payment. The email contained no such thing.

I contacted the company and confronted them on their fraudulent practices and was hung up on by one of their sales staff. I contacted Chris the general mgr and was told I was mistaken but that they would have a talk with Sonya theis sales rep to me just in case. They would not refund any money after any 4 day period. I again reiterated that what their doing amounts to FRAUD and again I was told I was mistaken.

My communication with this company was on very clean and clear phone lines and their was no mistake about it.

They have hundreds of complaints with the BBB and Im filing another one.

I am also filing a report with law enforcement.

As a car dealer Im also notifying Manheim auto auction the largest in the USA about this SCAM so they can notify their dealers.

I will notify Auction access also. They do Manheim and many other auction access cards.

I am also notifying Auto Trader and suggesting they give notice on their web site and paper publications to alert their customers of this SCUM SCAM.

I am also notifying Craigslist of this and am recomending they post a FRAUD ALERT on their web pages also.

I recomend any and ALL of you do the same.
