Great Cars And Trucks Rip Off Calgary Canada

My husband I were trying to sell our vehicle. We had placed an ad in the Auto Trader. We were contacted by Great Cars and Trucks. They told us they could help sell our vehicle for us.

They explained that if they could not sell our vehicle that there was a money back guarantee after 90 days.

Well, the 90 days came and went and we started the long and horrible process of trying to get our money back. We filled out all of the forms, had our information notorized and mailed it to them. This was in May 2007.

In June we called to find out when we would receive the refund. We were told that it could take 6 to 8 weeks to process it. So, we again waited.

We started calling them again in August and we are still calling. We were told re-peatedly that our refund was done, it should show up any day. Sadly, that still has not happened.

I warn anyone who comes in contact with this company, to stay away. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and you won't get your money back or the service they say they will provide. One more quick note, they are not part of the Better Business Bureau. That didn't really surprise me but, just wanted to share.
