Attention anyone thinking to use this Company! If they contacted you, they probably got your name from a newspaper that you are advertising in to sell your car or truck right?

They they tell you they will get a buyer for your car in a couple of weeks and that you are asking below blue book and should ask for more because you can get more right?

Then they insure you if you don't sell it within 90 days you get a refund right? Sounds fair enough that you will pay $150.00 if they sell it right?

WRONG! If you sell it you DON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY HOPE THE ODDS ARE YOU WILL SELL IT. THEN IT IS HELL ON EARTH TO TRY TO GET YOUR REFUND IF YOU DID NOT SELL IT.

They don't tell you you have to send in a copy of your registration and get it NOTORIZED. They expect you to go to their website after you didn't sell it and figure it out for yourself.

Then even they admit it will take weeks to get back to you.

When you tell them this was not explained to me and that you told me that you would get refunded if the car was not sold by THEM.

They tell you to complain to an answer machine that will tell you what you need to do. They hope you will get discouraged and not follow through.

When you do some homework and get a live person they will disrespect you as they did me calling me, "BUDDY!" And try to tell you their is nothing they can do. Just call this number. The same number that never picks up.

No manager is willing to talk to you. No one who cares about the image of their company.

I have never launched a complaint but because the way I was treated and because of deceptive business practices here I am.

YOU CAN get your money back by letting your credit card company know about this and they can go to bat for you.

I seriously doubt they will be around much longer when the credit card companies start getting more complaints.

AGAIN, YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I did. Don't give up.
