Greendot online was sending me a daily text with my account balance (per my request). I noticed numerous times that the amount would be two or three dollars less than the previous day when there had been no charges made by my wife or myself and I paid the fourty- eight dollar yearly maintenance fee in advance. When I finally was able to speak with a person (after being on hold for over ten minutes) I explained the situation to them. The representative was not able to help or provide me with someone who would. Since then this has continued to happen only now I don't find out through my text because they quit sending me them. I guess they figured if I didn't get the amount texted to me every day then I wouldn't notice. Wrong. Since I paid the yearly maintenance fee in advance I continue to use the card. Only now I only put on the card the exact amount I need and then use the card immediately. Greendot Is a RIPOFF
