Greenpoint Credit Have not given me a title to my mobile home after payoff. Ripoff Poway California

I have had my mobile home paid off for a year and a half now and all I have gotton from Greenpoint Credit is a Lien Satisfaction document.I have tried to get my title from The DMV with that document but more info is needed from Greenpoint.I have contacted them numerous times and at first they seem eager to help me then they stop contacting me.

I am planning on selling this mobile home and moving into my recently deceased parents home but I can't sell it without a title.

The origanal loan for my mobile home was with Security Pacific Housing then they sold out to Bank America and then they sold out to Greenpoint Credit.Some how during all the hand changing they lost my title.

I don't think that should be my problem or my expense.The fact is I paid the loan in full and I am supposed to get a title!

Advice from anyone concerning this matter will be very helpful.
