312-676-5773 Chicago Headquarters. I purchased a boating excursion just before xmas holiday. After holiday, went to schedule use and was told I did not have the experience/license to operate the powerboat rental. Although the service was refused groupon refuses to make the refund. I will also file a complaint with the CFPB for fraud.
