I bought a convection oven that lasted March. It lasted until August when it broke. I called "Haier Customer Service". They sent out a repair man from H.H. Gregg[another report], to fix the convection oven. Need to order parts will take 10-15 days. 25 dats later no reply. Call for update. Waiting on parts. Called H.H.Gregg, ordered canceled. No reason. Called Haier service many times. Talked to Joyce, Peter, Nicole and Robin. They finally got fed up and bumped me up the corprate ladder.

Talked to Steve. No problem, cut off plug and send in. Steve called next day, send in number. Waiting for new stove. Many calls to many people there. The Supervisor is a woman name Daisy. She will tell you what you want to hear but will not come thru for you. THE GUY WHO IS DAISYS BOSS IS---MITCH WILLIAMS---HIS PHONE IS 1-800-461-8890 EXT 3157. Two calls to Mitch, and I recieved my refund check.

please post your informatrion like an email address to contact you at. i am having similar problems i have called 12 times for a refund and keep getting lied to. i am considering litigation.

this is just a up date..the man that said quit complaing on the web site. and go to the main office.
i have made 20 calls. same thing..i talked to daisy..i talked to arron..they said they would make arrangments to pick my old dryer up..then i'm to call and they will give me the re-fund due..now that was the 11th of nov..
so going to the main person isn't always a go..
if he got his back..good for him.

Instead of spending your time complaining on a website. Try this.. put some effort into it stop waiting for people to do the work for you. Find the phone number to the new york office. I will give you a hint it sounds somewhat like this 1=800=461=8890 Extension 3100.

bad haier dryer

We bought a haier dryer may 13 th 2004. 3 months later dryer quit working. getting a run around from all of them.One said they would send a replacement.One said ups would pick the old one up..Well 3 weeks later. nothing.I have called many times.said Daisy from the corp. office was handling this.Under warranty but that does alot of good.they won't call back. even faxed upon there say.a copy of my bill of sell.
So 1 month later. still nothing.
would really like some help on what to do.
