Haier America poor customer service, do not stand behind product New York, New York

I purchased a Haier window air conditioner through a large warehouse company a year ago.  I only recently opened the package only to find that the screws were not in the box.  I called their 877 number 3x's before I finally spoke to someone.

This customer representative, Pam, nor her supervisor (wink-wink) Ray would give me the courtesy of sending me the items that I should have received in the box.  Instead they were more than willing to send to the parts department so that I could order them.

I know that I made the purchase some time ago. But, for me, this is a matter of principle.  That is why I am reporting this.   This customer service rep and her supposed supervisor ( he needs training) were so rude.  Good customer service would have been to just send out replacements.  Instead they now have one less customer as I will never buy another one of their products.

I apologize that there is no street address but none is listed anywhere on the booklet/paperwork that I have.
