My shipment from Harbor Freight Tools was sent to be via FedEx (which Harbor Freight has a special contract with). The package arrived severely damaged, so I filed a claim with FedEx (I even attached numerous digital photos of the unopened box showing the innards coming out). FedEx responded by denying my claim -- it seems that Harbor Freight Tools does NOT allow customers to file claims against FedEx under their shipping contract!

I love the Harbor Freight Tools retail store, but I will never use their Internet service again. Buyer Beware!
