I was contacted by Alice Gray of Harbor Lending Group. She sent me a contract (which contained a refund policy), requested information about my monthly income, other information and said that I was approved for $5,000. It needed to be secured, so I went to Wal Mart, sent a money gram for $910 to a woman in Canada (I know, I know) and waited patiently for my money, which never came. David Parker (department supervisor) contacted me requesting an additional $910, which I refused and requested a refund. I never received the refund and can now no longer get in contact with the company. I feel foolish and I regret it entirely. Luckily, I wasn't depending on it. Anyone who has any information as to how to castrate these losers, please post it. My heart goes out to those who are more financially injured than myself.

About a month ago my boyfriend and I were looking into loans with bad credit, we we're so happy to find Harbor lending Group, or at least so we thought. we wanted a loan of $5000 and sent over 1428 dollars that we desperately needed but thought it would be ok once we got the loan. then I got a call about two days later from Paul saying the lender fell through, he said they had found another lender, but we had to give 1428 dollars more because the loan was for 10.00 dollars after i told him that we were barely able to make the first payment he promised our refund on the second of the month.
My boyfriend and I are barely making it on our own and I'm afraid to tell him it was a scam, you see my boyfriend doesn't know yet. Now we're out $1428 dollars and I know what to do. we really need that money. We can't make it without the money that we sent to those bastards. All I can do is sit in our room and cry over it,I can't get ahold of the company, when I call OI get a recorded message saying "thank you and goodbye".
