Harbor Lending Group Took my money Then Ran Atlanta Georgia

On May 14th or 15th I received a call from Matthew Gladden of Harbor Lending Group saying I was approved for a loan of 5000.00, but i would need to secure it with a collateral payment equal to 6 mos. of the loan payments, which came to 703.56, and then once that was received iwould receive my 5000.00 by 5:00 the next business day.

He faxed the agreement to me , I filled out everything and faxed it back. I then called him on 5/23/08 and told him I was ready to send the money, he then gave me the information to put on the Money Gram to be sent from Wal-Mart and to call him back with the reference number. I then did so and he said because ot the Memorial holiday my money should be in my account by Tues May 27th.

On May 27th I then received a call from David Parker saying there had beena problem and that the lender woukd need ana dditional payment of six months for insurance which again was 703.56. I desperatly needed the 5000.00 so I said i would see what I could do, even though I did not have the money. So I went and got a car title loan and also borrowed the rest. I sent that money in on May 28, 2008. He said that I honored my part of the agreement and that our agreement was legal binding and that I had nothing to worry about and my loan would be in my account the next morning or early aftenoon.

The next day he called and said there was a big problem, that the actual lenders had backed out of the deal and he could not get intouch with them to find out why. I told him I wanted a complete refund NOW and he said they had to wait and get it from the lenders.and that would not be until May 23, 2008.

Anyway I proceeded to contact him constantly and he finally said they could issue my my refund on June 9, 2008. Well it was not in my account so I called hime and he said "Oh I'm so sorry I meant to call you, but our finance dept. could not get the refund out until today (5/10/08) and it will be ther tomorrow.

Guess what it wasn't. tried calling them yesterday and you cannor get anyone. Also their website is now and advertisement for a Male Enhancement.
