answered short survey on internet about face cream or something like that.

at the end of survey i was offered free face cream sample for payment of shopping of 4.95 charges.that was in march 2016.

when i checked my credit card stetement i discovered two charges from hartford scientific one i marcz 94.99 and

one in april for 94.99.i never authorized this charges i did not order this from their web site..This is a big scam going on.

nowhere in that survey it says about price,it says free sample.

i initiated dispute thru my credit card bank.case is pendinga
