Hartford Scientific L'Envi Cream Sent products I did not order Martinez Georgia

I am very unhappy about this issue.  I ordered a free sample and did not order any other products.  Because I had to pay shippiing they had my banking information.  I was sent additional products two times which I did not order.  I am on a very limited income and my account was debited to the tune of $94.99 and $94.95 twice... almost $400 out of my account.  It caused my account to overdraw and has cost me several hundred dollars in charges by my bank.  I am returning the third shipment and expect to have that fully refunded.  However, they will not return the second shipment cost even if I send back the product.  I feel this is fraud from the get go and I want my funds returned.  I am already out hundreds from the overdraft protection I had to pay for.
