so they lie when they say sample the guy named Dusan told me that I recieve the regular size prouduct not sample I wanted sample and they have recieved my 4.95 and 2 auto withdrawals of 94.99

I sent for a sample for 4.95 and then they say that they didn't send me a sample but the regular size a month worth I didn't get nothing with the creme stating that I had 14 days to stop auto shipping . anyway they have taken 94.99 twice and I haven't recieved but 1 I called to stop auto shipment  just don't think it's right that they just asume that I want shipment. I cannot afford this and I never agreed to it. I have cancelled but I still got 94.99 from account and not recieved 1 they also took my 4.95 and charged me twice 94.99 2015-07-25
