Hartford Scientific has bad business practices that hurt the customers.
On May 6, 2016 someone from Hartford Scientific called me to ask if they could ship a product for $4.95. I agreed and I gave them my credit card. This company charged my credit card $94.99 twice.
I called the company to ask for a refund, but they kept saying: "You agreed to the terms."
All I agreed on the phone was to pay $4.95 for S&H for that cream. These people are thieves that take advantage of honest people.
I will call the Chamber of Commerce to complain and ask for action against these ordinary thieves.

Your report makes no sense!!! Someone calls you to ask if they can charge you for what???? Seems like you ordered something online for a "trial period" but did not read the fine print so that is on you.
