Hartford Scientific "Free" sample Martinez Georgia

My complaint is much like the majority of others against this company. I ordered a "free" sample, then began receiving unauthorized monthly shipments of the wrinkle cream charged to the card number I'd submitted to handle the S&H for the "free" sample. After receiving the first unauthorized shipment I called & cancelled all further shipments.

My wife called a month later stating that yet another shipment of the product had arrived in the mail. I searched the Internet & found several numbers for this company & was fortunate enough to reach an actual person on the first attempt. They said they did have a record of the cancellation, but for only part of the merchandise, not for all of it, which was absurd. They first offered a 20 % refund of the charge for the latest shipment.  When I got nasty with them, they up'd the refund offer to 50%. When I really got tough & demanded nothing less than a 100% refund or credit to my card, they finally caved, giving me an RMA number to place on the pkg for shipment back to them, and promised to send a confirmation email verifying the total cancellation. They also stated that I'd receive a credit back to my card in 5 to 7 business days for the amount charged for the latest shipment.

The conversation with these thieves took place an hour and a half ago & I have yet to receive their confiramtion email. Its Saturday now, so I'll give them until mid morning Monday. If I've not received the information from them by then, you can bet I'll be calling these pick pockets back.
