I bought Villa Claire Bedroom set from Haverty's. They sent all damaged goods out here. When replacements were sent they sent even worse items. FINALLY got decent post for the bed. Never got a decent armoire nor nightstand. We settled for money on the armoire. The nightstand was supposedly fixed with a magic marker and blending spray which has faded off now.

Then we ordered a chest and was promised a good one but we received a damaged one. A replacement was sent. Even delivery guys pointed out the damage on it also. A tech guy came out and said there is no way to fix the damages. He took pictures and sent to Haverty's and they never responded. Still waiting for a good chest.

I wrote to TMyers@havertys.com <TMyers@havertys.com> and CSmith@havertys.com and DChampion@havertys.com <DChampion@havertys.com> I got a read reeipt so they got my messages. Still waiting for a good chest.

Furniture And Furnishings Haverty's Furniture

David Champion DChampion@havertys.com called and said when I proved that I bought the chest separate from the rest of the furniture that he would talk to me about it. Guess what!!! He never bothered to call back and yes he got my proof because I got a read receipt.

The chest is damaged. The tech guy even pointed out the places and he put the pictures on the Haverty's server.
The tech guy said there is no way to fix the damages.
The other time TMyers@havertys.com lied and said he never saw the pictures.
They promised me a GOOD chest and they have not bothered.
They also cheated me out of a jewelry tray. I have numerous emails of the promise that one was
ordered and sent but it never happened.

I Paid For New Furniture And It Is Obvious They Sent Well Used Furniture That Has Damages.  It took 4 attempts of furniture before they made the other furniture right. They called me picky and the picture of the bed post will prove I am not picky. It appears acid had been poured on it.

I hope I get to upload the pictures this time. It did not allow me to the last time.
