https://www.hcapower.com/ After proper cancelation they kept charging my card and was extremely rude on the phone refusing any help Internet

Anyone, who recieved or will recieve a cal from this company, PLEASE RUN FAR!!! 

They use to be named "extreme HCA'' in the past (6 month ago), and  ow they are "HCA Power". They sell Garcinia Cambogia liquid syrop. 

I usually don't do such a mistakes but for some reason fall into this on the day they called me. The guy, under the name Jake, with very hard accent, offered me to try the product compleatly free, for only $4.95 shipping fee. 

I immidiatly asked back about any further charges and cancelation process and was very kindly explained that if I call and cancell within 14 days form the order date, I will not have any further charges from my account. GAURANTEED! And if I will not, I will get another charge of $49.95 in one month. I asked 5 time to assure myself about canceletion policy, and he said that I could even call to my CC company, give them the name, and ask do not accept any further charges from this company. That was the reason I agreed, and now I understand WHY he saud thet to me. I will explain...

I recieved the product in 6 days, took it once, and have VERY bad reaction: my heart started to beat very fast, I became very anxious and nervous. I never took it again. I called them next day, explaied the problem, and cancelled. Got an email as a confirmation of cancellation and that's it. Well, at least I thought so...

On March 14th i got a charge on my CC for $49.95  form the company named IFS*supportbfl.com MEXICO DF MX

I called my CC and they gave a phone number that was associated with this charge. I called the number and they told me that they charged me on the behalf of HCA POWER. Unbelivable. I said thet I canvelled it 3 weeks ago and don't want to dela with this company any more. They said I should contact them directly. I called on the number that sales agent left me the other day, and asked for a menager. His name is David. i explained him th whole story and he said that he needs to have that cancelation email as a proof so he can send it to whoever is in charge so I can get my money back. I did so . I got my money back the same day. Ok. Happens. But this is not hte end!!!

Next day I recieved another charge from the same IFS*supportbfl.com MEXICO DF MX for $50.35!!! WTF!!!???

i called David again, he apologised, said the he did what he cold and gave me other number to call. i called 888-294-4134 and ask dor Kaity or Baritt. When I called them, very rude women picked up the phone and siad there is no people under this name in the company. I asked for a supervisor, she siad she is the highes person there. Really???

I told her the story, but she was very bit*y, rude, uprofessional, inpolite, and basically told me to f* off and hanged up on me. I called back, other lady picked up the phone and did the same thing. They said they did not charge anything, ignoring the fact that the phone number associated with the charge CONFIRMED that it was on behalf of their company. 

And now I undersatnd, why Jake, told me to call to my CC and ask them do not athorise the charge from HCA Power. They charge that under different name. Very simple. 

I ended up calling to my CC and dispute the transaction, close the card, and get a new one. 

Complete RIPP OFF!!!!! PLEASE, DO SOMETHING WITH THIS COMPANY! 

NEVER EVER ACCEPT ANY OFFERS FROM THIS SH* PLACE!
