HEADWIND MEDIA, INC. somehow got my wife's personal internet information and signed her up to some celeberty social network without her permission.  I consider AT&T to be a facilitator.  To the best of my knowledge, I was never informed that they were in partnership with HBS Billing Services and that I had the the choice to opt out of having anything charged to my bill thru that portal.  I have done business with BellSouth (now AT&T) in Tenessee since 1986 and AT&T throughout the USA in my business, I had more respect for them than this.  While HEADWIND was certainly the actual company behind the ripoff, they could not have been successful without the cooperation of AT&T.
