I was informed by the sales representative that this was health insurance.  I should have known the health care benefits with no deductibles and low co-pays, along with the low premium was too good to be true.  The representative also said prescription benefits were included.

I paid the first premium and administrative costs on November 11th.  I want to be refunded.

All clients who request to be contacted by our call centers and subsequently sign up for a limited benefit plan go through a recorded verification process. The client is clearly told on tape that these plans are NOT major medical health insurance, but rather a LIMITED medical benefit plan. They are asked to state their understanding and agreement. If they do not, the verification is stopped and the application is not processed. Posting a complaint here is not going to ensure a refund. Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through the always provided customer service numbers.

A Misunderstanding

Apparently, I misunderstood the benefits of the plan I enrolled in with Health Option One.  The plan is a limited medical coverage indemnity plan.  I believed I was enrolling in a major medical health plan.  At any rate, it is a legitimate plan and affordable for those who wish to have a plan such as this.
