I was on my computer liking for health insurance when my phone ring and a person on the phone by the name Doron told me thah I would be covered for 268.00 to get the papers filed they asked me for my checking account number so they tolk the money from my account but I didnot get anything in the mail

It is not possible from the information provided to address this client's issue directly, but each client whose payment is processed is sent their plan materials both by e-mail and US mail. Anyone who does not receive their materials should call their agent or customer service to have the material sent again to the correct address before assuming they were ripped off by a legitimate licensed company.
