Healthy Online Services theatened my credit, misinformed me, would not answer my call, never sent me any other notification Internet

The product was a colon cleanse that I ordered.  I contacted them by e-mail that I did not want this product and do not send it to me. 

I did not hear back from them so I called my credit card company and canceled my card so they could not charge me for the product therefor they would not send it.

Later a bottle came in the mail with no imformation with it so I thought they sent this as the free sample I was suppose to get.  I did not want it so I just put it up in my cupboard and forgot about it.

Now months later they are telling me that I am past due and owe them 133.95 and if I don't pay they will turn it over to a third party and it could have a negative effect on my score. 

I tryed to call them at the number they gave me but it kept disconnecting so I could not even talk to them to see what I am supose to do now.
