I rented a car at Hertz, drove it for 2 hours and the returned it with a full tank of gas. The person that works there said that the tank was not full when he checked but I know there was a full tank of gas. Now Hertz will not refund the fuel charge but it cannot provide me with any evidence that it actually put gas into the car after I returned it.
