HhGregg Jerked around !! Hhgregg Huntsville Alabama

Jerked around for a month!! If you look-up worst customerservice in the dictionary there will be hhgregg!!! I spent approx . 3500.00 in cash here is what I received.A) ---A refrigerator that sounded like a 747 taking-off. Cracked tile ,which needs to be repaired ,because they dropped the old refrigerator as they were taking it out.

$ wasted saturdays and sundays going to hhgregg and explaining things very nicely.They Came out the following sat. to repair the "1st ref.' Did not work!1 Sunday back to hhgregg to explain that the fix did not work. OK.They would bring out another ref. OK another saturday gone. Ref. delivered. It did the same compressor noise. Sunday back to hhgregg.What can we do. "Well we have no idea" hhgregg.Ok.

Did not offer a solution. So I suggested a different ref. Well that was fine with them , but it cost 500.00 more. OK. We will deliver it on sat. Ok.that was the 4th saturday to wait for hhgregg. At last. A quiet Refrigerator that did not make excessive noise. As I was paying the additional monies for the next. Ref. a sales person told me that the model that I had had reputation for being noisy. So why the hell did not someone tell me that before hand? B )-----

When the 1st ref. was delivered I had also bought 52" 1080 Plasma flat screen.As they delivery persons removed the old TV they also removed several nice chunks of venner from a 1890 cabinet. No care was used. They could not have cared less. Soooooooo let me recap: 22 hours of waiting for delivery,damaged cabinet,(not repaired) cracked imported tile,(not repaired);3 additional trips to hhgregg after so-called deliveries,about another 4 hrs of my time.Now lets see what hhgreggg actuallycost me:Lost work time 26 hrs at my rate 45.00 per hour= 1170.00,furniture repair 75.00,tile repair estimate-467.00 plus 500.00 more for a different refigerator.

Which comes to a grand total of 2212.00. No offer of any compensation in any way shape or form. Oh yes ,also a few phone calls to their corporate offices and talks with the floor manager who was running interfirance for the store manager,whom I finally managed to corner. I asked for him from day one but no one would even give me his name. Save money with hhgregg?3500 + 2212=5712.00 WOW What savings!!!!

Please shop elsewhere it will save you lots of agrivation, time and money. I suggest (((competitor's name redacted))) !!!!!!!! Before I bought these items ,I bought a washer from hhgregg. After it was delivered and installed HA!!! the entire laundry room flooded because the installtion that I had paid for was wrong!! The drain clamp was not secured , hence the flood. !!!!!! They did not care about that either. SHOP ELSEWHERE ITS CHEAPER!!!!!!!!
