hilton hilton garden inn first great sales, but then quickly followed with broken equipment and lies sarasota, Florida

the call came into the hotel with an incredable offer on toner.  i would naturally hang up, but the woman on the phone sounded so 'professional'.  i was quickly convinced to try one toner at a great price, i ordered and was promised HP only, not OEM (which i guess stands for Old, usEd and Mashed) and free shipping if i order right away, and what came was a suprpise.  the toner was an unmarked broken and refilled toner cartridge. broken to the point that it would not even stay together to put into the printer, and then i got a bill that included shipping charges, which were supposed to be free.  i quickly sent back the toner in it's origional box with a note 'do not contact me again'.  within days, i started getting harassing phone calls at the hotel with threats of 'collections' attached to the hilton.  when i stated that i sent the broken unacceptable box back i was told they never received it and i must still pay for the crap i 'ordered' and also pay shipping.  this is a lesson learned on my part, but i would not ever recommend Kelly Printing as a reputable company with acceptable goods.  and the lies were enough to never order or recommend them ever!  this company obviously works on lies and shotty goods, and if they call you, hang up immediately!
