I filled out a form online regarding mortgage rescue/help and ended up geting a call from a guy named Chris Logan for about ten minutes and he seemed to know what he was talking about so I took the bait. The s*****y thing is I have been scammed twice now so I am finally doing something about it. I hired a PI who has found out that the owner of this company is actually being saught after by the FBI and has been charged with over 100 counts of mail fraud and money laundering. I have also found out Chris Logan is now a regional manager for a national sushi joint called RAW shushi.
I could not believe this! I have been told that I have no legal recourse with Chris Logan and since the owner of this boiler room is on the run i am screwed. I just want to warn everyone to be very cautious and do your research if you hire any company for a loan mod. I would like to know how a guy like this ends up running a national restaurant If anyone else has been scammed by this man please share your story, perhaps his boss might read this. And I do plan on taking a special trip out to southern CA soon to have some sushi.

Andrew D Weiss is the California Lawyer running the remedy scam Weiss is the man behind the curtin. The California State Bar Association has a fund set up for to get paid back from scum attroneys like Weiss.

ANDREW D WEISS is the California Lawyer running this scam. He is sending the money to Israel where he is heading when law enforcement catches up with him. Israel will not send jews back to the US to face justice. They can hide there with the money and the US Government does nothing about it. The State Bar Asociation of California has an account set up for you when you are ripped off by fraud attorneys like ANDREW D WEISS. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR.
