Honda Honda America Honda Rip Off Los Angeles, California

Have a 2007 Honda civic with nighthawk pearl black paint that was put out by Honda as defective and recalled by them. 

Upon learning this I took it to a dealership in 2013 and had them replace the defective paint on hood/roof and fenders. The trunk

paint was badly peeling but they refused to fix it claiming it was not listed in the bulletin. Then 3 months later they put out a bulletin covering

the trunk paint and paint on doors however they never notified me.

The bulletin then "expired" 3 months after that and now that I learned of the bulletin's existence from googling they expect me to pay

25% or $800 of the repairs. Keep in mind I have been to dealerships twice after the first paint fix and none told me of this "new" bulletin that

is now expired. I think Honda does not stand by their products.
