Honda USA and Garden State Honda Cracked windshields Passaic New Jersey

DO NOT BUY HONDA VEHICLES I have two 2011 Honda Fit Sports which I bought brand new from what I come to learn is a disreputable dealer, Garden State Honda. I have also come to realize that Honda refuses to admit to a manufacturing defect with windshields for this vehicle. As a result, I have had to replace the windshields on both cars because of cracks generating from below the dashboard level. I actually saw the most recent crack materialize as I was driving. The crack started below the dashboard, traveled up, across and back down into the other side of the dashboard. As this occurred within three miles of the above referenced dealership, I immediately drove my car to them. As I was registering my vehicle for evaluation, a technician came up from behind me and began to dig a hole into the windshield with what appeared to be a ballpoint pen. He then went on to claim that the crack was a result of an impact exactly where he had just dug a hole with his instrument. I spoke to the manager about this. They discounted my witnessing where the crack came from. They did not provide me with the level of service I should have been provided. The manager told me to call Honda USA. When I requested he write their phone number for me. Instead of writing it down he continued to recite the number. He then opened my passenger car door, opened my glove compartment and began to ruffle through it in an attempt to find the users manual. At this point, my property had been violated and had enough of their disregard and disrespect for my property. I filed complaint with Honda and took my vehicle to another dealer. I was told Honda would be contacting me directly. One week later, Honda had not contacted me to inform me whether the repair would be covered by warranty. I had to call Honda to find out they would not cover the cost of replacement. #DON'TBUYHONDA #PoorCustomerService.
