Basically, I found a charge on my debit card that I had no idea where it came from. I traced the source and found it was hotbooksale.com. I had ordered an item from them around last winter, and it was never delivered so I asked that my item be refunded. What I didn't know was that when I sent in my order they also signed me up for a monthly membership that they were charging me for without notifying me.

I called hotbooksale.com and they told me I was indeed charged, but didn't reveal to me for how long I was being charged for or where it said I agreed to being a member. They did cancel my membership and told me they would file a request for me because I wanted a complete refund. They haven't gotten back to me yet.
