I made a call to hotels.com, the operator told me that I can check out from the booked hotel ahead of the time. I checked out one day ahead and I did not get the refund. When I read closely, I saw that there was $43.48 hidden charge.

Best Western Hotels Booked a room at a B&W Carmel By the Sea through Hotels.com. Had a family emergency and had to cut short our vacation which had another two days to go. We two days to go when we cancelled the booking through Hotels.com and also sent a note to the hotel. Phoenix Arizone

Expedia We booked and paid for two rooms at Hampton Inn through hotels.com and at check in this past saturday our booking was not acknowledged, our money has not been refunded and they haven't explained or apologized. No refund, no alternative.

hotels.com I wanted to redeem my hotel rewards, booked a hotel, and wanted to pay in full. Then the next night I wanted to rfedeem my rewards of a free night. They said I would have to wait 3 days to do so. This wasn't a free night either it would be a discount on the average nights spent at my hotels! Ashley Lodge ; Veronica, receptionist and Vivian Faulk, hotel manager Charleston Grand Hotel On April 13, 2017 I arrived to Ashley Lodge, located at 188 Judge Street, Harleyville, SC 29448. I had made the reservation through Hotels.com for two rooms for one night. As I mentioned to the receptionist Veronica at the time, the accommodation was very unsatisfactory in the following ways: When we arrived at the property, the hotel didn't look like any of the advertised photos on the website. Although we had booked on Hotels.com and supplied the number of guests, we were informed of a $10 charge for extra adult. We asked to see the policy that defined this but the receptionist was unable to produce any policy document. . It is a rip off. Harleyville South Carolina
