Hotwire Lied to my wife about rates to get her to book early Internet, Internet

My wife called in March to ask about rates. The agent told her to book now because the rates will go up not down. She said she would rather wait because she was told the rates change daily. The agent promised if she booked now they would give her the better rate if she found one and called to update it. She did find a better rate advertised on their website and called and they refused to give her the better rate. We've been searching the web since this happened and have found many similar complaints against Hotwire. We wish now we would have looked for reviews before using them and now we will look for reviews before using any on-line service. We hope other viewers find this useful and don't get ripped off like we did.
