I have booked many airline tickets on line before. I thought I would try Hotwire. I booked 3 airline tickets with Hotwire. After you book with Hotwire, they then show you the airline, it was with US Air. These prices and reservations at US Air were available immediately after I booked with Hotwire at $70 per ticket less. I was very disappointed that the only answer that Hotwire can come up with is sorry

I have written Eric Grosse, CEO of Hotwire, with my disappointment, I have also posted this same story on epinions.com, complaints.com. He has a Facebook site as well.

To let you know, I am one that does not just complain. When I get excellent service or when errors have been made and corrected, I publish those stories too.
