Hotwire.com Hotwire.com Best Price---NOT GUARANTEED---Cheeper to book directly to Hotels Internet

I booked a room in a hotel in Miami through their web-site. The site said best price---hotel name is not revealed until you finalize and made your payments. I thought I got the best deal but when I went directly on the Hotel's web-site after I made my booking through Hotwire, I found out that the hotel was offering a better price for the same type of room and you may cancell with no charge 24 hrs before arrival date unlike Hotwire where you cannot get refunded for cancelling. I tried to call them on the customer service line but I was on hold with a music recording for more than an hour. I never got to speak to anyone to cancell my reservation and reason out why. This site has got to be the worst rip-off of all travel booking sites I've ever used. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
