household bank, household credit services rip-off charged a late payment when payment was paid 25 days in advance didn't post my dec 2002 payment & charged me an over the line fee BALTIMORE Maryland

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Starting with nov. 2002 for the first time charging me for a late fee after i paid a payment of 300.00 at the beginning of the month when the due date is on the 28 of 10 dollars. the second time i paid 450.00 dollars on the 3rd of the month I tried to use my card and they said I was over the limit, and charged me a fee.
I can't believe these people aren't investigated.

First of all i would to voice my own opinion here! i am a HouseHold Bank card member and have had no problems with this card. I find it Very stupid to see people complain about this card, i have a household bank GM card and went over my limit one time (which ill never do again) but they were understanding and wavied the fee, but i guess it all depends on who you get when you call!
But Household bank is a good card to have and i just wanted to voice my own opinion about HB, oh and for the record Household bank does have a 800 number! 1800-477-6000
