Household Retail Services Ripps People Off ripoff excessive fees, plays games with phone calling disrespects cease and discists City Of Industry California

HouseHold Retails Services is the bank for my comp usa and best buy account. I mad a payment online to compusa.com and best buy.com they both came back non suffiecent funds or stop payment. They want to charge me 210.00 dollars in nsf and late fees.

A Major Ripoff report me to the credit bearous and rip me off on the interes on those fees too. Hosehold is ripping people off they dont give direct awnsers when you talk to them they dont awnser the phone professionally they go HELLO HELLO and dont start with their name and thank you for calling household retail services.

They also make excuses to try to have me now provide all my financial statements to them which they dont need to have. They want bank statements tax documents new copies of all my id's everything. None of which they need because its all on file allready. They Mark you credit without notifying you in writing and then mark it first then send you the letter.

There are a # of things I would say but I cant due to my privacy. Overall they play games and try to rip the consumer off when they call in to say hey whats goin on I will mail a check to back up that payment. INstead they want to rip off the consumer for excessive fees and make them look bad when I originally went online to use the convenience of the free online service.

Another thing is they wont as a courtest remmove the 15 dollar check by phone fee. Its make money this make money that. Whatever happened to common courtesy. I shouldnt have to fax all this information to them. It seems when a customer calls in 2-3 times a day that they are not messing around. Most people who are LYING would give up.? Wouldnt that seem like a valid point ?
Another thing is they want to swith my apr now and try to make interest on me now and cancel all the finance plans.
