I bought a Hoverboard from this company on 12/10. I received a re-call notification from them 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been going back and forth with them because they say I'm not entering a piece of information correctly. I have filled out their form probably 10 times at this point, I sent them a copy of the receipt, my credit card statement and the information I got from them when I had to return the board 2 days after christmas because it wasn't working right. All this because they didn't complay with the UL standards. and let me tell you it took about 2 months for them to accept my return when the board wasn't working right and almost threw my son across the room. They would NOT refund my money at the time but only fix my current board. It still doesn't work right and now I'm scared my house is going to catch on fire and they won't tell me what to do about the Re-call because I haven't provided them with the correct information. what else can I possibly send????? This is totally insane. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

I'm sorry for your experience. I'm also a frustrated customer--see my report also filed on this website.
Hoverboard360 (aka Keenford Limited and ImotoHK) is participating in a USCPSC recall for dangerous hoverboards. Nine other companies are also participating, and all 9 of these companies will either repair/replace your hoverboard or offer a full money refund of your purchase price.
However, Hoverboard360 offers only a store credit to purchase clothing. The company should be required to offer the same remedies as the other 9 companies, namely repair/replacement or a full money refund.
