Hoverboard360 Scandal Internet

 I am very disaappointed at the way I have been treated by this company. I purchased the Led Light up shoes for my daughter on 12-15-15 the money was taken from my account right away. Today is j/12/16 and I have no idea when or if I will ever receive the item. I have submitted emails and tried calling with no results. I have been calling daily waiting on hold fo 30 minutes at a time and then disconnected. I got through once and was told a shipment came in from Hong Kong but they could not tell me when my order would be shipped. I feel this company is a ripoff and took advantage of people around the holidays. They don't respond to email or phone. My next step is to get an attorney and recruit all the people that have experienced the same distress that I have experienced. It's very disappointing.
