I BOUGHT ALLEGEDLY A NEW PRINTER FROM HP AND WHEN THE BOX CAME IT SAYS REFURBISHED , I PAID 229.72 PLUS 26.13 FOR THE WARRANTY. I CALLED THEM AND SAID YOU RIPPED ME OFF WITH A USED MACHINE. THEY SENT ME FED EX LABEL AND I RETURNED IT AND THEY GOT IT BACK BY JULY 17,2017. IT IS NOW JULY 25, 2017 AND STILL NO MONEY REFUNDED FROM THESE CROOKS. EVERY TIME I CALL, SOMEONE FROM INDIA AND THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND.

WHEN YOU SEE HP, RUN FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY.
