H&R Block Emerald Card Rip Off Sparta Nationwide

Has anyone else had the same issue with the H&R block emerald card. The local office will sign you up for the card and in the contract they tell you it will be deducted from your rebate. Instead what they do is they will send you the money in my case $500.00 and direct deposit it into my account. Then after a couple of months they will start sending you statements on your card with interest added. After several times and hours of trying to talk to someone at their office you will finally get someone who says that you don't owe it because it is a mistake. Finally after going through all of your bank statements etc you find where they deposited it into your account instead of taking it out of your refund. ( note the contract said it would be deducted ). By this time you have accumulated several dollars worth of interest on something that you still owe on. They admit that they did the paperwork wrong but that doesn't matter I still have to pay the interest payments and overage charges. I don't know about anyone else but this appears to be a great way to take those 500 dollar cards and turn them into 600 dollar cards in a few months. There should be some laws regarding them making a mistake and charging you for it. It also makes you wonder how much they would actually protect you in court if you were audited also. I will never have them fill out my taxes again just because of this years mistakes.
