H&R Block emerald Card Ripoff Prescott Valley, Arizona

Yesterday I received my emerald Card from H&R Block. I was told to receive a paper check it would cost $20.00 extra and so I opted for the emerald Card. This morning I went to the bank to transfer the money from the card into my checking account after thinking how dangerous it is to draw out that kind of money. The bank teller was very nice and told me that they could do a check advance for me and so I said ok. I knew how much money was left in te card and went to another store to use it up. I was told at the other store that I was minus $40.00. I then vowed to find out why. Upon returning home I called my bank and asked if there was a charge on the cash transfer and they said no and so I called H&R Block and asked and was told yes, there is a $20.00 charge per withdrawal. GRRRRRRRRRRR I am very angry and feel this is highway robbery. So, all in all, it cost me $200.00 to do my taxes...I could have soebt that money elsewhere on bills, etc. I am a hardworking single woman and NEED every penny i make!
