HSBC Auto Finance ripoff,Dishonest Carol Stream Illinois
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I mailed payoff to these people almost $200 more than owed thru a home equity loan. They said they didnt get it for almost 3 weeks then added late charges and interest.
When they got done I am only receiving $84 back,they would not back it up to when it was post marked.
Also when you try to contact them you cannot talk to someone who is in the USA, Their customer service is in Malasia alot of help there,their version of English leaves alot to be desired.
